Hi, I’m Duong Luu — a media & branding creative passionate about fashion, storytelling, and visual culture.

My Work, Your Vision

  • Creative Direction & Styling

From concept to camera, I help bring visual stories to life through styling, moodboards, and look curation—whether for music videos, fashion shoots, or branding campaigns.

  • Social Media Content Strategy

I design and manage content that connects—planning posts, writing captions, and building visual consistency across platforms to elevate brand identity and engagement.

  • Branding & Visual Design

Whether it’s a startup or a self-made concept, I craft digital aesthetics using Adobe tools to shape brand feel through design experiments, mockups, and storytelling visuals.

Projects

  • Imperio was where I first stepped into the world of fashion and digital branding. I taught myself how to analyze a market, plan content, and translate product value into visual communication.

    • Designed and scheduled posts on Facebook and Instagram

    • Ran mini online campaigns for seasonal collections

    • Built confidence in content planning and visual storytelling

This was where I realized branding isn’t just about selling—it’s about showing who you are.

  • I immersed myself in Vietnam’s entertainment industry. Working on high-profile music videos and public appearances, I saw how style and visuals communicate identity.

    • Assisted in wardrobe planning for artists in music videos (Nhanh Lên Thế, Million Dollar Boy)

    • Built moodboards with the production team and aligned with creative direction

    • Managed relationships with fashion houses for clothing sponsorships

  • and Million Dollar Boy, a more refined, luxury-inspired visual. Each project deepened my understanding of how styling choices can define a narrative and elevate an artist’s identity.

    • Assisted in wardrobe planning tailored to each video's theme and performance needs

    • Built and presented moodboards in collaboration with the director and production team

    • Coordinated with fashion houses and designers to secure sponsorships and clothing rentals

    • Managed logistics and on-set styling for artists during MV shoots and public events

Through these projects, I learned that style is not just an aesthetic—it’s storytelling in motion.

  • PhillyAd Club gave me the chance to lead campaigns with intention. I wasn’t just supporting ideas—I was shaping them, creating meaningful content, and watching it connect with real audiences.

    • Led social media strategy for events like Inside the C-Suite and Impact & Innovation

    • Created high-performing Reels and event recaps

    • Used tools like Hootsuite and audience analytics to optimize outreach

This was the moment I found my voice as a media creator—where strategy met storytelling.

  • Symbiosis is a collaborative fashion project developed with designer Esther Nguyen, where I assisted in translating her clothing designs into compelling visual narratives through styling and guided posing. Drawing on my understanding of fashion silhouettes, fabric movement, and editorial expression, I worked closely with Esther and the photographer to ensure each pose complemented the structure, flow, and emotion of the garments.

    • Directed model posing to highlight key design elements and evoke mood

    • Bridged communication between creative vision and execution during the shoot

    • Applied knowledge of styling and garment behavior to elevate visual impact

This project was a creative dialogue between movement, design, and expression—where fashion and photography met in balance.

  • Be Creative is a personal branding project where I imagined myself as the branding manager of a conceptual lifestyle brand. With no client brief—only my intuition, taste, and design sense—I used this project as a way to practice and refine my visual communication skills. I explored typography, color theory, layout, and digital presence to build a brand that felt authentic to my creative voice.

    • Designed brand identity elements including logo, palette, and visual tone

    • Created mock campaigns, social media layouts, and product placements

    • Practiced aligning brand story with aesthetic direction and emotional resonance

This project wasn’t about selling—it was about connection. Through design, I built a brand I felt truly at home in.
